We are in the process of establishing the city's first foreign-language library. It is being designed to function as an active learning and knowledge space, in line with the LDP concept. This in turn is informing the concept of a NUHA Centre, which will become the benchmark of our future LDP initiatives.

As part of this lengthy process, we are running a discrete pilot project, which will hopefully bear fruits soon!
